Role

1. Develop, customise, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, WooCommerce) and Shopify storefronts (Online Store 2.0, Liquid, custom apps).
2. Integrate APIs, payment gateways, third-party apps, and back-end systems.
3. Optimise for performance, security, and SEO—delivering Core Web Vitals compliance.
4. Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UI/UX using HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
5. Manage deployments with Git, CI/CD pipelines, staging workflows, and structured releases.
6. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to translate requirements into technical builds.
7. Maintain documentation, provide technical handovers, and ensure long-term stability of projects.





Requirements

1. 4–7 years of career development experience with a strong portfolio in WordPress and Shopify.
2. Advanced skills in PHP, MySQL, Liquid, JavaScript/TypeScript.
3. Deep knowledge of WooCommerce and Shopify’s latest extensibility features.
4. Proven ability to troubleshoot performance issues and implement caching, CDN, and optimisation strategies.
5. Strong understanding of web security best practices.
6. Proficient in Git workflows and modern development practices.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
