What You Bring to Our Team (Essential Requirements)

We're looking for a passionate builder—a confident communicator who sees a "no" as just a delay to a "yes."

- Experience that Counts: More than 2 years of proven success in sales, business development, or client relations, ideally within an Advertising Agency or creative services environment.
- Thrissur Market Mastery: You must be well-versed with the Thrissur market conditions and possess a solid database and established relationships with Thrissur-based clients.
- Prepared for the Field: Must own a personal laptop and a two-wheeler for client meetings and day-to-day job requirements.
- Foundation for Success: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



or a related field (preferred).
- Irresistible Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- The Right Mindset: You are intensely self-driven, proactive, and focused on achieving ambitious goals.
