**Sales Administrator Role Summary**
This is an exciting chance to support our sales and operations teams by maintaining accurate data records, generating reports, and streamlining workflows.
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage CRM updates, quote processing, and workflow automation.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and tracking quotes, proposals, and order forms based on direction from the sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
Data Management: Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accuracy for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities.
Sales Support: Assist with renewal tracking, contract lifecycle management, and prepare weekly sales reports,
pipeline summaries, and activity dashboards for leadership.
Campaign Execution: Clean and segment prospect/customer data lists, monitor and manage shared sales inboxes for lead routing, meeting scheduling, or customer inquiries.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for sales process automation and collaborate with IT/Rev Ops to document and improve sales tech stack usage and workflows.
This role requires 2-4 years of experience in sales administration, CRM operations, or a similar support role for North American or European clients.
