Job Title: Medical Licensing Expert

This is a well-organized role that assists with licensing initiatives working from home during EST hours 9am-6pm Mon-Fri. As a Medical Licensing Expert, you will be responsible for obtaining and completing initial provider applications for US state medical licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Application Research and Compilation: Research and compile necessary applications for US State Medical Boards based on provider needs.
- Documentation Collaboration: Collaborate with providers to obtain required documentation.
- Licensure Process Management: Maintain explicit communication throughout the licensure process.
- Task Management: Utilize task management software to track tasks.
- Licensing Expertise:



Expertise in the end-to-end US licensing process for various license types, including APRN, CRNP, DO, MD, Physician Assistant, IMLC, and Behavioral Health.
- Application Accuracy and Transmission: Complete applications accurately and transmit to providers for review and approval.
- Submission Handling: Handle online and paper-based submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Verification Requesting: Request and complete verifications required by state medical boards.
- Follow-up Support: Follow up until application reaches approval by the medical board.
