Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication to all parties involved.
- Follow up on interview results and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field (consultancy, human resources).
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (HR/Industrial Relations preferred).
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies including headhunting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
