- Identify and target potential clients for business loans through channel partners and open market sourcing.
- Build, retain, and maintain solid relationships with clients and channel partners to generate business.




- Effectively engage with credit, operations, and risk teams to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with the collections team to improve the recovery process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
