We have an excellent Job Opportunity for the post of HR Executive Male/ Female

Location : Mira Road

Experience : 1-2years

Job Role :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Handle employee grievances and provide support to resolve issues professionally.
- Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance team skills.
- Coordinate performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.




- Keen to learn and adapt to new software and processes such as Odoo.

Skills:.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR software/tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Additional Information:

- Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and be capable of maintaining confidentiality.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Experience:

- HR Executive: 1 year (Required)
- HR policies / Recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

- English (Required)
