At Deur Water, we are pioneering sustainable water treatment solutions designed for the future. As we expand our manufacturing capabilities, we are looking for a energetic and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our Bengaluru operations—from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone passionate about operational excellence, team building, and delivering quality at scale.





Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and optimal performance.
- Production Planning: Develop production plans based on sales forecasts, ensuring timelines, resource optimization, and compliance with internal standards.
- KPI Management: Define, track, and analyse key performance indicators to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Implement standardized workflows and optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- SOP Adherence: Ensure all staff follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and operational consistency.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports and insights for the General Manager.
- Quality Assurance: Identify quality gaps and recommend actionable improvements to enhance product reliability and equipment performance.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Promote a culture of safety, enforce 5S standards,



and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Team Development: Monitor attendance, conduct performance evaluations, and support skill development across teams.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in budget planning, monitor manufacturing costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on reducing inefficiencies, streamlining operations, and elevating product quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in manufacturing operations, preferably within water treatment, boiler manufacturing, or solar water heater industries.
- Education: Graduate or Engineer or industrial management is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Communication:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable with international coordination.
- Collaboration: Ability to work across all levels of the organization with a team-oriented mindset.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with manufacturing systems and lean production methodologies is a plus.
- Industry Background: Candidates must have prior experience in manufacturing within the water treatment, solar water heater, or boiler manufacturing industries
