We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our team.The ideal candidate will be a female professional responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients. This role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product information.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information, interactions, and feedback.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly and efficiently resolve customer complaints or issues,
escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
- Support Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support and provide insights on customer needs and preferences.
Salary - Based on Experience and Interview
Probation Period - 6 months
Timing - 9am to 6pm (Mon-Sat)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
