Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Enterprise Collaboration Deployment AP
In this role, you will oversee the rollout of modern workplace technologies, ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption across regions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft 365, agile and hybrid delivery models, and change management, while leading cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
Responsibilities
.Lead global deployment programs for collaboration and digital workplace services.




.Define and govern rollout frameworks using Control Tower and hybrid/agile delivery models.
.Ensure technical and operational readiness for new service launches and platform upgrades.
.Manage multiple concurrent deployments across regions, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
.Act as technical-functional lead for collaboration integration during M&A; activities.
.Lead the introduction of new technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Loop, Power Platform) with a focus on scalability and adoption.
.Collaborate with architecture, security, compliance, and operations teams to align solutions.
.Oversee risk management, mitigation planning, and governance for strategic deployment initiatives.
.Ensure deployments align with strategic business goals and digital workplace transformation.




.Manage global and regional stakeholders to align business and technology expectations.
.Represent the Collaboration area in global governance and architecture forums.
.Ensure documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and lessons learned.
.Track and report deployment KPIs (e.g., milestone completion, rollout success, tool adoption).
.Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes based on feedback and operational insights.
.Lead change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and engagement.
.Support standardization of deployment practices across all regions.
.Coordinate cross-functional and virtual teams across time zones and cultures.
.Support other technical team leads in performance improvement, system upgrades, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science,



or a related field.
.Technical leadership in global deployment programs
.Portfolio and project management expertise (agile and waterfall)
.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Power Platform
.Knowledge of governance frameworks (Control Tower, ITSM)
.Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
.Experience with M&A; integration and digital workplace continuity
.Change management expertise (Prosci or equivalent)
.Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
.Executive-level communication and expectation management
.Strategic mindset with results orientation
.Familiarity with emerging collaboration technologies
.Ability to lead in multicultural and distributed environments
.Continuous improvement and innovation focus
.Risk management and mitigation planning




.Service introduction and operational readiness leadership

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Master's degree in a relevant field.
.Proficiency in using tools like Power BI for enhanced reporting and insights.
.Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate routine tasks.
.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools to enhance device and data protection.
.Understanding of change management frameworks, such as Prosci, to facilitate smooth transitions.
.Experience with integrating cloud services beyond Microsoft, like AWS or Google Cloud, for broader solutions
