CTC : Rs. 6-8.5 LPA (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Strategist to lead content creation and storytelling for our brand Atrangi Studio.

You will work closely with in-house creators and influencers to develop engaging social media content, marketing campaigns, and high-performing ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Strategy:



Develop compelling and relatable content for social media, working with in-house creators and influencers.
- Influencer & Creator Management: Continuously scout, onboard, and manage collaborations with influencers and content creators to amplify brand presence.
- UGC Ad Creative Development: Actively create and optimize UGC ad creatives for paid campaigns across platforms with the help of creators.
- Trend & Performance Analysis: Keep up with industry trends, analyze content performance, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Visual Storytelling: Build a strong brand narrative through engaging visuals, videos, and copy.
- Moment & Event-Based Marketing: Leverage festive, seasonal, and trending moments to craft impactful marketing campaigns.

What we are looking for :

- Proven experience in social media content strategy, influencer marketing, and UGC ad creative development.
- Robust understanding of content performance metrics and ability to optimize for engagement & conversions.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on trends to create viral, high-performing content.




- Hands-on experience with video content, reels, and storytelling techniques.
- Passion for home decor, design, and lifestyle content is a plus.
