Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels (online/offline).
- Schedule and attend appointments, client meetings, and product demos.
- Present and promote our CRM, HRM, ERP software solutions and digital services to prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into clients.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on leads, activities, and conversions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive (IT/software or digital services background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CRM, HRM, ERP software and/or digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
