Job Title :- Pre Sale Executive

Experience :- Minimum 06 Months to 3 Years (Fresher with positive Communication skills can also apply)

Salary Range :- 2.5LPA TO 3.5LPA

Job Description :-

We are looking for a dynamic and customer -focused Pre Sales Executive to join our team . The role involves lead generation, Customer relationship management and reports in an organization.

Responsibilities:

- Respond and divert online customer queries to the toll-free number
- Ensure follow-up and track customer status with retail sales manager
- Schedule client visits to respective site
- Accurately transfer every lead to respective sales manager
- Attend property exhibitions and trade fairs as required




- Build good rapport with prospective and existing clients
- Maintain relationship with team members and site staff
- Prepare and submit weekly MIS on online client support and report
- Generate and update CRM reports.
