House Eazy is a fast-growing prop-tech startup revolutionizing secondary residential real estate transactions by making them transparent, simple, and super-quick. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Manager who will play a key role in ensuring robust legal processes, property documentation, and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 professionals handling property documentation, verification, and legal opinions.
- Oversee preparation, verification, and validation of property-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal company policies in documentation and transaction management.
- Coordinate and execute customer property registrations at the Registrar Office through external counsel.
- Liaise with registrar offices in Noida & Ghaziabad to streamline and expedite registration processes.
- Draft, review, and implement standard templates for contracts, agreements, and MOUs to ensure uniformity across company transactions.
- Provide transparent and timely legal opinions on property transactions and related matters.
- Maintain all statutory records and registers in line with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory updates, and evolving legal implications impacting the real estate sector.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address legal queries, support business goals, and mitigate risks.
What You'll Need
- LLB from a reputed University/Law College.
- 6-8 years of experience in legal management with exposure to real estate laws, property transactions, and company law .
- Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
- High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Workdays- Monday to Saturday
