We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to handle fixed bid projects in the IT services domain. The candidate should have grown from developer → lead → PM, possess solid technical and client management skills, and be adept at delivering projects using SDLC and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects using SDLC, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.- Work across front-end and back-end technologies, with sound database design knowledge.- Use Jira or Azure DevOps for planning and tracking.- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve issues.- Implement and monitor quality processes, while ensuring proper documentation.- Analyze risks,



troubleshoot problems, and provide technical guidance to teams.Qualifications- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a PM, with deep knowledge of project management tools and techniques.- Hands-on experience in client management, quality processes, and documentation.- Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and communication.- Experience handling projects in fixed bid budgets.- Based out of Chennai (SIPCOT IT Park, Sirsueri) and willing to work from the office daily.
