Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Manager (Female) to manage branch operations, drive admissions, and grow our business. You will handle sales, marketing, and team management to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and marketing to attract students and corporate clients.
- Manage the admissions process from inquiries to enrollment.
- Drive business growth through new courses, partnerships, and strategies.
- Lead and motivate a team of counselors and sales executives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, revenue forecasting, and expense control.
- Conduct market research and track competitors.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales, admissions, or business management (education industry preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
