Key Responsibilities

- Client Requirement Management
- Interact with clients, sales, and design teams to understand customization needs.
- Translate client concepts into feasible designs and prototypes.
- Design & Development
- Oversee custom furniture designs, ensuring aesthetics, durability, and functionality.
- Approve material selection, finishes, and technical drawings.
- Ensure designs align with company standards and production capabilities.
- Production Coordination
- Work closely with production and sourcing teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of custom orders.
- Optimize processes to balance customization with cost and efficiency.
- Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for raw materials,



fittings, and finishes.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely supply, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of vendors.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor design/customization teams.
- Allocate projects and ensure quality checks at every stage.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all customized furniture adheres to quality standards and safety norms.
- Regularly review prototypes and final outputs before dispatch.
- Costing & Budgeting
- Prepare cost estimates for custom orders.
- Control costs while maintaining premium quality.
- Innovation & Market Trends
- Stay updated with latest furniture trends, materials, and technology.
- Suggest creative solutions to enhance the customization portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:



₹9,860.47 - ₹40,000.00 per month
