Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage HR functions including talent acquisition, T&D;, PMS and core HR operations. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong grasp of employee related program towards development and retention.

Job description

- Hiring, onboarding, and employee benefit activities

- Orientation of current joiners and joining formalities

- Salary negotiations of new joiners and ensure joining of the candidates

- BGV of the candidates to be completed on time

- Maintain and update HR documentation and databases





- Ensure HR practices align with company policies and legal requirements

- Manage employee engagement and support day-to-day HR functions

What Were Looking For:

Only for male candidates

- Prior experience in working with different HR functions

- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance

- Proactive attitude and ability to multitask

- Based in or willing to work to Mumbai Suburban (Malad)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred). Male candidate preferred.

7–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition role within the infrastructure, construction, real estate or engineering sectors.
