As part of the marketing team,



we're seeking a Content Writer who will help develop engaging content that will drive the company's marketing efforts. Writing high-quality, error-free content is imperative as the position is for an AI-based SaaS platform providing language solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Writing long-form content for our blog, PR, and other guest posts to support our editorial calendar.
- Collaborating with other marketers to support with short-form content for the website, social channels, advertising, landing pages, and other campaign assets.
- Collaborating with other functional teams to gain a thorough understanding of the product, customers, and market trends to stay up-to-date.
- Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend current topics.
- Promote blog content, infographics, etc. on community forums, content marketing platforms, and social media.
- Edit, proofread and improve other writers' content.
- Optimize content according to SEO.
- Participate actively in Community Engagement to help promote the product.
- Liaise with regional content writers for translation, adaptation, and decimation of content for regional websites/campaigns.
- Bonus Points:





- Worked and written content for SaaS / product-led companies previously.
- Comfortable working with the WordPress platform.
- Create images/graphics required for the content using Canva.
- Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:

- 2+ years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or a similar role.
- Excellent written communication skills & flawless writing skills to engage users in your story.
- A self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- An understanding of SEO Optimized content writing.
- An active blogger and social media enthusiast.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Graduate in English, Journalism, or related field.
