What youll achieve
As a Software Senior Principal Engineer,



you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customers business goals, needs and general business workplace creating software solutions.

You will:

- Lead the design, development, training, and deployment of AI/ML models including:
- Traditional ML models (e.g., classification, regression, clustering)
- Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude)
- On-device and edge inference models

- Drive end-to-end AI/ML model lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for system-level tasks such as:

- Log summarization and root cause analysis
- Firmware issue classification
- Knowledge mining from platform documentation and specifications

- Integrate AI/ML models into firmware and BIOS-level environments (e.g., pre-boot telemetry, event prediction, anomaly detection). Collaborate across firmware, hardware, software, and cloud teams to deliver intelligent platform features. Build secure and performant AI pipelines using system-level data (telemetry, sensors, boot logs). Lead proof-of-concepts, R&D; efforts,



and patentable innovations at the intersection of firmware and AI.

Essential Requirements

- 14+ years of relevant work experience in architecture, design and development of BIOS/Firmware/Embedded Systems (e.g., UEFI, Coreboot, AMI, Insyde) and
- Proven track record in AI/ML model development and deployment , including experience in:
- Model training, hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation
- Libraries/frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, HuggingFace Transformers

- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI architectures : Transformers, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, model fine-tuning, and inference.
- Knowledge of on-device inference, model optimization (quantization, pruning), and edge ML frameworks. Experience in MLOps, model versioning, and deployment pipelines is a plus.

Desirable Requirements





- Experience developing AI/ML features embedded in firmware or BIOS environments . Prior work in predictive maintenance, system health modeling, or hardware diagnostics using ML. Contributions to GenAI, firmware-AI, or embedded ML open-source projects or research. Experience with security features like TPM, secure boot, firmware attestation, and device identity.
