Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Being responsible for client acquisition and retention.
- Playing an integral role in current business pitches and holding responsibility for effective lead generation.
- Ensuring the development and achievement of sales targets as per company business plan.
- Being an interface between customers and all relevant departments such as production, planning, and quality, responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Driving targets and collection by improving communication through emails, meetings, calls




- Establishing relationships with clients and providing a high standard of customer service continually.
- Manage and control customers' credit through effective follow-ups, meetings, and customer visits.
- Constantly supporting and handholding customers for all enquiries, payments, complaints, rejections, technical queries etc.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with global steel markets and export/import regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the steel or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of the steel industry and its market dynamics.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
