Role & responsibilities

Sourcing clients with home buying requirements

- Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to

you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.

- Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel

partner community and onboard the interested CPs.

- Responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them

and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.

- Lookout for high performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to

drive the CPs for lead generation.

- Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal

closure.

- Addressing any queries,



doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to

maintain a healthy and professional approach.

- Highly motivated

- Ability to build robust relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Presentable and have convincing skills

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing

or similar field

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Real estate sales
- Knowledge & experience in Channel partner sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
