Salary: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Full-time, ~9am–5pm (GMT+7/8). Some flexibility if you prefer starting earlier.

About Us

We’re building SalaryGuide.com , a new platform to bring transparency to global salaries. As our first design hire, you’ll work directly with the founders and tech lead to define how SalaryGuide.com looks, feels, and works — setting the foundation for our product’s design and user experience.

The Role

This isn’t about just handing off mockups — you’ll own the end-to-end design process, from wireframes to polished interfaces.

We’re looking for someone who can think deeply about user experience, design intuitive flows,



and build a consistent design system that scales. Much of your work will focus on making complex salary data clear, usable, and engaging — dashboards, tables, filters, and comparisons.

Your main priority will be UI/UX for the SalaryGuide.com platform, with the freedom to influence product direction and usability at every step.

What You’ll Design

- UI/UX for SalaryGuide.com: Core web app flows, dashboards, and responsive product interfaces
- User Experience: Wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and iteration
- Design System: Components, styles, and patterns that scale with the product

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design (web or SaaS products)
- Strong skills in Figma (or similar) for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Eye for clean, up-to-date interfaces with strong attention to usability and detail
- Product-minded — you think about user goals and business impact, not just visuals
- Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving team

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have)





- Experience with data visualization / dashboard design
- Familiarity with front-end concepts (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS)
- Marketing design (ads, social posts, landing pages)
- Motion/animation design
