Business Systems Analyst

Experience Required – 5-7 Years

Location: Remote, India

Time zone: 1PM-10 PM IST

End Date: 6 Months Initially

Key Responsibilities

- Capture, analyze, prioritize, and document business requirements for Oracle OTM, DHL integrations (shipments, costs, EDI, reporting/analytics).
- Refine requirements into actionable technical items.
- Translate requirements into feature requests, align with best practices, evaluate alternatives, and collaborate with business/technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices.
- Support preparation and execution of UAT.
- Ensure timely project progress, raise risks/issues as needed.




- Identify when deviations from standards are required and facilitate decisions through governance.

Job Requirements

- 5+ years as IT Business Analyst.
- Experience in ERP deployments, especially in Supply Chain Execution domain.
- Requirements engineering experience (certification like IREB preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process modeling (UML, Use Cases, BPMN).
- Strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) across technical/non-technical audiences.
- Microsoft tools expertise: Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, SharePoint.
- Independent worker, needs guidance only in complex cases.
- Customer service mindset.
- Solid facilitation skills (in-person and virtual).
