Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Manager to lead our pricing and yield optimization efforts. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in short-term rental markets and hands-on experience with PriceLabs , market analytics, and revenue forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across our portfolio.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor pricing, and booking patterns using PriceLabs .
- Adjust rates and minimum stay requirements in real time to reflect demand and supply conditions.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align promotions and availability with revenue goals.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing of pricing models and promotional campaigns.
- Forecast revenue and occupancy for budgeting and business planning.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in short-term rentals, hospitality, or hotels.
- Proficiency with PriceLabs and other analytics platforms (e.g., AirDNA).
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com is a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
