Job Summary:
Role : SME Google Workspace(Billing)
Experience: 2 year to 8 years
Job Location: Indore
Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) - Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts - Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN - Candidates to have registered EPs - It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive - Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point
Responsibilities:
• Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written)
• Good Typing Speed (Preferably 30 to 50 WPM))
• Exp 2 - 8 years of experience in Google Workspace (GWS) Billing or extensive experience working in GWS environment & understanding of associated billing
• Knowledge on any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc
• Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred
