SAP Security GRC Solutions Architect (Hyderabad)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role demands deep expertise in SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) across implementation, support, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical understanding of security concepts, SoD risks, role design, and hands-on configuration of SAP GRC components.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP Security and GRC projects including implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support.
- Design, build, and maintain roles and authorizations in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
- Configure and administer GRC Access Control modules including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.




- Perform SoD risk analysis and remediation in coordination with business and audit teams.
- Collaborate with project teams to align security solutions with business needs.
- Conduct periodic role reviews, user access reviews, and provide audit support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP security threats, patches, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control.
- Expertise in role design/redesign for S/4HANA and ECC systems.
- Experience with SAP GRC configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of SoD, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with integrations to non-SAP systems and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.




- SAP Security or GRC certification is a plus.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.G., pharma, manufacturing) is desirable.
