We at Coforge are seeking “Cutover Manager” with the following skill-set:

1. Team Management and Leadership

- Staff, manage, and lead the migration and cutover management team with your BD counterpart.

2. Concept Development and Validation

- Define and Build: Develop and validate a concept for migration and cutover management that supports an industrialized rollout in collaboration with the Business Development (BD) counterpart with involvement of design & build and deploy experts.
- Understand Data Flow: Work across projects (e.G., Horizontal Layer) to understand data flow, use,



and implications for data migration and cutover.
- Update Documentation: Continuously update the migration and cutover management concept document throughout the transition lifecycle until all plants are transitioned to S/4 HANA.
- Identify impacts of proposed changes on data migration.
- Review and analyse gaps.
- Propose solutions.
- Develop Best Practices: Improve the overall data migration and cutover management approach and governance. Develop best practices, processes, and standards for effective data migration execution.
