About the Role:

We are hiring a Credit Analyst to support our growing Australian mortgage processing operations. This is an excellent chance for candidates looking to build a career in financial services with full training provided from scratch no prior experience required.

You will be trained across all stages of the mortgage process, from pre-settlement to post-settlement, including valuation, lodgment, income analysis, and end-to-end application management.

What You'll Learn and Do:

Training Includes:




Understanding credit policies and lender requirements
Income analysis and income statement calculation
Loan application review and documentation
Lodgment and valuation coordination
Managing pre- and post-settlement workflows
Working with Australian brokers and lenders

Responsibilities:
Analyze client financial documents such as pay slips, bank statements, and tax returns
Ensure accurate and complete loan application submissions
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders in Australia
Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
Monitor applications to ensure they progress smoothly through the pipeline
Adhere to compliance and quality standards

What we are looking for:
Recent graduate or experienced candidate from Finance, Commerce, or Business background
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel
Comfortable working in early morning shifts (6 AM 2:30 PM IST)
Willing to work from Virar West office
