Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Coordinate audits and assist with regulatory reporting.




Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy.
Analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports.
Develop internal controls and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.
Mainly focus on accounts receivable.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
5+ years of accounting experience; at least 2 years in a senior role.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, NetSuite).
Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:
CPA certification.
Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g.,



manufacturing, healthcare, etc.].
Familiarity with international accounting standards, if applicable.
