Role & responsibilities
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including:
User manuals
API documentation
Release notes
Online help guides
Technical specifications
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to gather and validate information.
Edit, standardize, or revise material prepared by other team members or departments.
Manage documentation projects and version control using tools like Git, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Ensure documentation meets industry standards, compliance requirements, and is accessible to both technical and non-technical users.
Continuously review and update documentation to reflect product updates, feedback, and best practices.




Contribute to style guides and documentation standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
25 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a software or tech setting.
Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, Microsoft Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion).
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and simply.
