Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies to promote steel products, grow market share, and drive sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the steel industry, customer needs, and market trends to ensure that marketing campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market data to provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and marketing strategies.




Track and report on marketing activities and results to management.
Marketing Strategy:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, trade shows, and industry events.
Coordinate with sales teams to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Branding & Promotion:
Strengthen the companys brand presence in the market.
Manage the creation of advertising campaigns (online, print, and media) to promote products and services.
Maintain relationships with industry publications, PR agencies, and other relevant media outlets.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Develop lead generation strategies to support sales pipeline growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the steel or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of the steel industry and its market dynamics.




Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with B2B marketing.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Familiarity with global steel markets and export/import regulations.
