Job Profile

Responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights. Ensures compliance with accounting standards, budgetary controls, and supports business growth initiatives through data-driven financial management.

Role & responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decision-making.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to monitor business performance.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS) and internal financial policies.
Support audits (internal and statutory) by preparing required schedules and documentation.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives.
Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement financial controls.
Develop dashboards and MIS reports for timely and accurate reporting.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to management on business opportunities, risks, and cost-benefit analysis.
Mentor junior team members in financial analysis and reporting best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should be a Qualified CA.
Post Qualification minimum 2 years of Experience
