Business Development Manager Ev Charger Business Kochi

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding RIM Projects’ EV charger business in Kerala. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, sales, partnership building, and market development to establish a strong presence in the quick-growing EV ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business strategy for EV charging solutions across Kerala.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships with real estate developers, commercial complexes, fuel stations, fleet operators, and government agencies.
Drive sales and revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management.




Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Work closely with the technical team to provide customized solutions to clients.
Prepare business reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. (MBA preferred).
5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management (experience in EV, renewable energy, or infrastructure industry will be an added advantage).
Strong networking and relationship-building skills in Kerala’s business ecosystem.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Valuable understanding of the EV ecosystem, charging infrastructure, and renewable energy sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
