PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Current Hire Training ( Class room training and computer based /remote )
- Responsible for managing Training batches - usually 1:20 ratio
- Feedback & Coaching agents on Process, Quality & Best Practices & OJT Support.
- Give documented feedback as per the gaps identified in the audit.
- Attend Weekly calibration calls with the client/internal as per calibration roster.
- Conduct training sessions as per requirement under specified timelines.
- Performance Assessment of Trainees during tests
- Database management,Tbase, daily reports, and analysis
- Motivating associates through effective management, career development & implementation of reporting mechanisms.
- Process transactions on a weekly or Monthly basis as defined by the process.
- Maintain Competency by undergoing TTT certification, get certified on new products and known the training phase.
- Perform TNI on audit findings and conduct refresher sessions & track performance
- Maintain Track records of performance and analyse data critically
CRITICAL SKILL REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written), as this is a client facing role
- Flexibity to work in shift, preferably afternoon shift
- Knowledge of UK Mortgages
- Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Form, Excel, Word etc
- Creation of Academies, creation of Newsletter, etc
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Ability to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources to remediate compliance alerts and to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies
- Result oriented and client focus
- Feedback and Coaching skills.
- Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized
- Specific experience with cryptocurrency products as a user and / or experience working in the digital currency industry, preferred, not mandatory
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Must be Graduate in any stream. Shouldn't be enrolled in any regular course.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in UK Mortgages, preferablly E2E
- Should be a citizen of India or should be allowed to work in India
- Should be above the age of 18 Years
