- SAM analysis Design for Assembly, Design for Service and Design for manufacturing process.
- Good understanding of Vehicle design and release gateways
- Exposure of Benchmarking, problem solving tools.
- Knowledge of part design, Component Aggregate level DFMEA, drafting and conceptualization.
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials Concept Stage to Production Handling
- Know-how of vehicle related regulations Certification requirements
- Knowledge of Regulatory requirements , Legislations, Safety how to incorporate the same in Vehicle Design.
- Provide timely communication about issues and development to reporting manager.
- Execute design projects using engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices and project requirements.
- Proper documentation of technical data consistent with internal procedures.
