About the Role

Hooqx is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Development Manager to lead our web development projects. The ideal candidate must have 3–4 years of experience as a Web Developer or in a similar managerial profile, with proven expertise in handling development projects and leading a small team. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality websites and applications for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the entire web development process, from planning to execution.
- Lead, mentor,



and guide a team of web developers to deliver projects on time.
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic and responsive websites for clients.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, marketing, and client-servicing teams to ensure project alignment.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Manage project deadlines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
- Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and provide innovative technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies and integrate best practices into projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Web Developer / Web Development Manager.
- Strong technical knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with backend frameworks like Laravel, Node.js, or Django.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.




- Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
- Familiarity with API integration and third-party tool implementation.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling abilities.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on last drawn salary and relevant experience).
