Position: Senior Sales Executive – Team Leader
Location: Kolkata, WB
CTC: Up to ₹4.25 LPA
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive – Team Leader to drive sales growth and lead a team towards achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, leadership qualities, and a proven record in achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve set targets.
- Identify current business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Ensure timely reporting and achievement of sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI/Insurance/Banking/Finance).
- Prior team handling experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
