Sales and Marketing Executive (Vijay Nagar)

Location: Indore (on-site only)

Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

- Identify and connect with potential clients, build strong business relationships
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns and outreach strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to align client goals
- Maintain and grow brand presence on digital platforms and assist in social media strategy
- Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and customer insights gathering
- Create pitch decks, proposals, and assist in client presentations
- Track leads, manage follow-ups, and update CRM regularly
- Support leadership in scaling business development efforts

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,



or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and client relationship building
- Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
