• Responsible for achieving Sales Target and monthly benchmarks set by Supervisors.
• Maintaining Call Quality (Quality score should be greater than 80%).
• Demat Account opening.
• Updating CRM with in prescribed TAT.
• Keep abreast of Cross sell products (Insurance/ MF).
• Generating leads through cold calling & references.
• Timely follow-up with prospects with in framework of company compliance.
• Converting at-least 15% of assigned leads.
