*Holding Meetings with client in the begining phase of the projects to finalize the bussiness use cases.
*Creating a map of all the data required to achieve the use cases.
*Creating Software Requirement Specification Document detailing the features (Reports/ Dashboards/ Alerts) required by the client.
*Supervisewiring/communication wiring on field
* PLC/HMI modification to enable communication
* Conduct Software Testing in Lab with both simulated and real data.
* Conduct Software Testing at customer site with real data flowing from the machines.
* Responsible for overall customer satisfaction over time.
* Regularly monitor assigned projects for performance.
* Regularly take feedback from assigned customers and resolve pain points.
