Roles
and Responsibilities :

Configure,
develop, and support ServiceNow modules, including:
• Design,
develop, and configure solutions within the Security Incident




Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules in
ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain scripts (Business
Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts) using
JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with
external security tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk,
CrowdStrike, etc.).
• Automate SecOps workflows and
create orchestration playbooks to improve incident and
vulnerability handling.
• Work closely with security,
infrastructure, and ServiceNow teams to gather requirements and
deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and
resolve issues related to the SecOps modules and
integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation,
including configuration guides and development
standards.
• Participate in code reviews, unit
testing, and deployment activities.




• Participate in
user training and provide post-implementation support.
