Job Description:

Signavio hands on experience configuring, building and managing Process Workflow

Inherit an existing body of workflows that has been developed using Signavio, customised through Javascripts.

Review workflow requirements as per client prioritized requirements (backlog). Develop workflow design, build using Signavio Process Workflow and customize via Javascripting.

Review, debug, edit and create javascript code to extract data from source tables into the BPMs to run the simulations

Ability to run simulations and debug as required

Testing support and defect management of in-scope workflows

Experience: 3-5 years.

Location: onshore (Melbourne) or in India (Gurugram). Resources to work from client office,



following client’s hybrid working policies.

Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days WFH.

Role Overview:

The SAP Signavio Implementation Engineer & Process Mining Specialist will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and optimizing SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite to support enterprise process improvement initiatives. This role combines technical implementation expertise with process analysis and mining proficiency to deliver actionable insights for operational excellence and digital transformation.

The specialist will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to capture business processes, model workflows, perform process mining, and define KPIs for continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:1. Implementation & Configuration

- Deploy and configure SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, including:
- Process Manager
- Process Governance
- Journey Modeler
- Process Insights / Process Intelligence (Mining)
- Integrate Signavio with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager,



and third-party systems.
- Manage user setup, permissions, and workspace configurations.
- Ensure smooth data connectivity between source systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and Signavio process mining.

2. Process Mining & Data Analysis

- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and deviations using process mining and analytics tools within Signavio.
- Develop process discovery models and perform variant analysis.
- Define and track process KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate process data into actionable recommendations.

3. Business Process Management (BPM)

- Model end-to-end business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Conduct process workshops with stakeholders to capture current (“as-is”) and design improved (“to-be”) processes.




- Support process governance frameworks for version control, approval workflows, and compliance tracking.
- Facilitate process documentation, versioning, and audit readiness.

4. Integration & Automation

- Configure data pipelines for continuous event log extraction from SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Integrate Signavio with workflow automation, RPA, or AI-driven optimization tools.
- Support implementation of process automation opportunities identified from mining insights.

5. Stakeholder Management & Reporting

- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT teams on process transformation.
- Present insights and dashboards to leadership in clear, actionable formats.
- Conduct user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Manage change requests, issue logs, and system upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience:Technical Skills





- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence, and Governance.
- Robust understanding of process mining methodologies and event log structures.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP / S/4HANA architecture, especially finance, procurement, and order-to-cash processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data transformation for process mining.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud).

Functional Skills

- Strong understanding of business process management (BPMN 2.0).
- Experience conducting process workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Ability to map as-is vs. to-be processes and identify automation opportunities.




- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement principles is an advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in process mining, SAP analytics, or BPM implementation.
- SAP Signavio certification (e.g., Signavio Process Intelligence Professional) is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or BPMN certification is a plus.
