Position Overview

Role Summary:
To architect, design, and lead implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise IT solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure. The role ensures alignment between technology, security, and business strategy, driving modernization, automation, and operational excellence within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Architecture, Operations & Deployment

- Design,



implement, optimize and Manage Microsoft 365 workloads — Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, and OneDrive
- Establish tenant governance, licensing strategy, and operational standards.
- Lead migrations from on-prem Exchange / legacy collaboration systems to Microsoft 365.
- Configure Conditional Access, MFA, and identity lifecycle management through Azure AD and Entra ID.
- Implement endpoint management policies using Intune and SCCM.
- Manage the Operations Support for the O365

Enterprise Infrastructure & Hybrid Architecture

- Design and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure integrating on-prem AD, Azure AD, and Azure IaaS/PaaS.
- Define and enforce Active Directory schema, OU, and GPO design standards.
- Oversee server virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage (SAN/NAS), and backup




- Architect network security and connectivity — VPN, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, and NVA design.
- Implement automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and DevOps pipelines.

Security Architecture & Compliance

- Implement and tune Microsoft Defender suite (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, and Office 365).
- Deploy and operationalize Microsoft Sentinel for threat detection and incident response.
- Define and monitor compliance using Microsoft Purview (DLP, eDiscovery, Information Protection).
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for SOC integration, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as a technical advisor to IT leadership and project managers.
- Collaborate with Network, Security, Cloud, and Application teams for cross-domain solutions.
- Evaluate new Microsoft technologies,



provide recommendations for adoption and also implement.
- Mentor and upskill IT engineers and administrators on architecture and security best practices.

Technical Skills & Experience:

- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender Suite)
- Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
- Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, GPO, AD Replication
- Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Manager
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Azure IaaS/PaaS (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Storage, Key Vault, Backup)
- Sentinel, Defender XDR, Purview, PIM
- VMware / Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, Azure Site Recovery, VPN, ExpressRoute, Firewall policies

Certifications (Preferred):

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert




- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation / TOGAF / CISSP (Preferred)

Educational Qualification & Certification:

- Graduates with Technical Certifications.
- Minimum of 12-18 Years of experience in IT, Network and Security
- 10 Years of relevant working experience in core Microsoft infrastructure
