To optimize revenue generation by sales in the Zone through focused approach , relationship management and
effective team management.
Ensure Growth of business and define Zonal strategy
Ensure achievement of EBIT & net revenues budgets for the Zone
Business Development and new LOB building. Identifying New Opportunities (Conventional & Non -
Conventional) that will contribute to revenue generation
Generating and Negotiating deals for the Zone
Design & formulate proposals ,
presentations and sales pitch to present to client s/ service providers/etc
Conduct Pre scoping , Scoping , Research activities to validate prospective clients/ Customers
Account & Relationship Management with external customers and communicate customer requirements
and specifications to Internal stakeholders , VAS operations teams etc. to ensure customer satisfactions
and thereby enhance profitability
Project Management responsibilities for existing and new roll - outs
Maintain and ensure adherence to client/vendors/missions Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and
Control , Monitor & Audit the sales deliverables to ensure compliance to defined quality standards
Ensure adherence to the approval process from local/central post(missions)
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing
variances; initiating corrective actions.
Team Management - Maintains staff job results by coaching , counseling , and as required disciplining
employees; planning , monitoring , and appraising job results.
Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales
promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.,
