Designation: Facility Manager





Work location(s): Bangalore- Global Axis





Responsibilities: (List specific primary job tasks / deliverables, using 4 6 statements) Responsible for OFSS Bangalore Global Axis- Real Estate & Facility related functions Supervise a team of direct reports to execute operations, assist in achieving career growth, and develop a strong collaborative team-based environment. Oversee all aspects of Facilities Operations, including repairs & maintenance. Manage high level relationship with local Line of Business representatives and leaders Effectively and efficiently manage the operations budget and expenditures; including the development, financial reporting, and operations analysis.

Ensure timely compliance and documentation of all statutory requirements and regulations with respect to the facility/premises and keep abreast of all latest developments on the same Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency, lessons learned, and best practices across regions Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Projects, HR, Global IT, Security, Environment/Health/Safety to maintain open, positive relationships with cross-team members and employees. Conducts regular site condition inspections and solves for systemic deficiencies identified. Monitoring quarterly head count trends Vis a Vis seat capacity. Ensure accurate space assignment in Property Manager. Manage contractors, suppliers, and vendors to deliver goods and services against contracts and expectations. Participate in conducting supplier sourcing and bids as necessary. Administer training to ensure compliance, readiness and competency of team Managing relocation/consolidation/expansion activities as required





Pre-Requisites: (List 1. Highest education degree, total, relevant industry experience- Experience – 10 + years with a minimum of 8 years in Facilities Management. Minimum Qualification – Full Time Graduate preferably an engineering graduate or a post graduate in management 2. Specific primary skills or primary role experience / expertise- facilities management & corporate real estate 3. Specific desirable skill / knowledge -Should be well versed with MS Office & fluent in English (spoken & written and Sourcing & Procurement knowledge 4. Special needs (eg. Travel frequency, working in shift, certifications, etc) where applicable- Yes within Bangalore - CV Raman & Global Axis(GX) Roles and Responsibilities
