Caution against fraudulent job offers!
We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job' with Deloitte.
These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:
At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.
We have not authorised any party or person to collect any money from jobseekers in any form whatsoever for promises of getting jobs in Deloitte.

Manager, Client and Market Growth-Deloitte Catalyst Work you will do
Deloitte Catalyst is a team focused on connecting the cutting-edge Israeli start-up ecosystem with Deloitte's global clients in response to ever-growing demand for global innovation and technology strategies. Catalyst builds meaningful relationships that generate business opportunities and organizational impact by leveraging the innovative technologies of Israel's best and most promising startups.
Catalyst provides services including:
Curated immersion lab experiences (both in-person and virtual)
: engaging clients in the opportunities that exist in the Israeli startup ecosystem
identifying a set of startups aligned to specific use cases
Proof of concept development:
developing pilots for specific use cases based on a client objective
supporting a client as they develop a physical presence in Israel
The role of the incumbent is to primarily support the Catalyst Go to Market (GTM) team. Candidate will need to develop a knowledge of Israeli start-up ecosystem, new/emerging technologies and their business applications, and Deloitte clients' innovation and technology priorities to assist US account leadership to sell Catalyst services to their clients
· Own and manage proposal development by building cohesive client ready presentations that include service overviews, team structures, and proposed pricing model
· Liaise with Tel Aviv-based domain managers as needed for Go-to-Market support
Build materials in preparation for leadership engagement and immersion lab experiences, which outline high-growth startups, their investments, products, and key leaders
- MBA from a reputed school in India or outside
Years of Experience:
· Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 8 years post-MBA
· Prior knowledge/relevant experience in a client or internal strategy role
· Prior cross-Consulting experience (local/region/global) in a client or internal role
· Logical structuring – structured approach to problem solving and ability to perform root cause analysis of executive-level problems
· Technology literacy and ability to translate between business leaders and technical teams
· Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high impact assignmnets
· Passionate, committed, self-starter with high level of initiative, energy, ownership, and urgency, with a sincerely willingness to learn from global team members at all levels
· Positive attitude and strong interest in learning new skills
· Proactive and creative problem-solver who enjoys seeking new ways to solve problems
· Outstanding written and oral communication skills
· Comfort with working through ambiguity and collaborating across different functional teams and departments
· Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities
· Expert level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Knowledge and previous experience in services organization across sales, proposal development, or client account management
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong storyboarding and story telling
· High degree of self-confidence, poise, maturity, discretion, and empathy
· Strong facilitation, organizational, and communications skills
· Strong time management in a fast-paced global environment
Comfort working autonomously in a virtual, global team
Work timings: 11AM to 8PM
