you’ll find working for the Global Technology Services group an exciting and rewarding journey.” – Project Management Director- US Global Technology Services What You'll Contribute Provide oversight to ensure overall program and project goals are met for PCI attestation at FICO and serves as the administrative liaison to the Cyber Security organization. Drive security-related project delivery across private and public cloud (AWS). Work closely with Cyber Security, other stakeholders, and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined strategies and project plans. Communicate status and issues to senior management and stakeholders. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Build trusted relationships at all levels from the beginning of the project through successful delivery. Leverage these relationships effectively to validate assumptions, acquire useful information, negotiate among competing objectives, resolve issues, manage change, agree to direction and achieve consensus. Monitor overall progress and use of resources on projects as well as initiate corrective action where necessary. What We're Seeking Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience. Experience working on security initiatives. Project experience with cyber security and/or privacy - dealing with cardholder data, data privacy, personally identifiable information (PII), PCI compliance, and related projects. Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies. Able to understand, at a high level, cyber security risk control constructs. Experience with end-to-end software development project lifecycle (requirements, development, testing, implementation, warranty). Excellent interpersonal skills - strong verbal and written skills; ability to engage with senior business and technology leaders. PMP Project Management certification preferred.
