Must Have Skills: •7-12 Years of IT experience.

Banking domain is desirable.•Willing to come in shifts as per the PSS shift rota & support BAU 24X7 support model including night and weekend support.•Hands on Production support experience with at least 6-7 years managing Cash, Payments or Clearing.•Very Good knowledge in Tandem and SWIFT is must and, Java, J2EE, Oracle, MQ and Unix technologies•Hands on knowledge on Monitoring tools such as ITRS, BMC, Splunk, AppDynamics etc.,•Advanced documentation skills to ensure that the knowledge repository is up-to-date.•Good with stakeholder communication and able to liaise with Sr.Mgmt.•Hands-on managing DR/BCP Management•Should have technical knowledge in understanding Monitoring tools in order to self-initiate monitoring refinements.•Primarily responsible for the stability of the production system. Ensures second and third level of support is in place for problem diagnosis and resolution as per the agreed SLA's.  Good to have skills: •Good understanding of microservices •Basic understanding of LAN, WAN and Firewall USP of role: •Prior experience in working in 24X7 support model •Technical service management experience•Well versed with technologies to understand our banking systems.•Hands-on experience handling Major Incidents.
