As a Chatbot Developer and Designer; you will focus on developing impactful and innovative machine learning-based solutions; partnering with the business stakeholders across the globe.

â€¢to identify opportunities to drive business solutions.
â€¢Partner with leaders from across the business to translate the company's business objectives; market opportunities & portfolio of offerings into a formal; cohesive global commercial strategy
â€¢Build chatbots; perform evaluation of use cases; challenge requirements; develop scalable solutions from an enterprise view
â€¢Study effectiveness of one or more chatbot(s) to identify areas of improvements in conversational flows with users
â€¢Support build of new skills; intents; entities and conversation flows based on user requirements
â€¢Use chatbot data like failures; deflection rate and confidence levels to identify training needs for chat bot
â€¢Review sample conversational flows; customer utterances; chatbot responses and capture areas of improvement
â€¢Add new utterances; synonyms to existing and new intents to train the chatbot
â€¢Align utterances to intents where the confidence levels are low to enable chatbot learning
â€¢Partner with business teams to understand what intents/utterances need to be added
â€¢As an expert in VA/chatbots; coach other team members and the community of chatbot trainers across people operations
â€¢Be aware of metrics for deflection from VA services; quality of conversations; response time and other success criteria for the chatbots
â€¢Support Chatbot initiatives with efficiency; keep them future relevant by suggesting and performing enhancements.
â€¢Continually evaluate the use of right technologies to be used which can enhance the user chatbot experience.
â€¢4-6 years of total experience with 2+ years of hands on experience in conversational interface solutions
â€¢2+ years of programming experience with preferably Node.js or Python
â€¢Should have implemented enterprise projects at large scale with Google Dialog Flow
â€¢Demonstrated knowledge of various chatbot technologies like Dialogflow/Amazon Lex/Luis.ai
â€¢Demonstrated competency in navigating through structured as well as unstructured internal client business settings
â€¢Ability to work well with business analysts; programmers; vendors and end users in cross functional teams
â€¢Good analytical skills and should be able to grasp existing systems and propose solutions accordingly
â€¢Experience in healthcare; pharmaceutical; or consulting
â€¢Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and focused on delivering value quickly
